My story
Life will always throw up its challenges, but for Claire at the age of just 20, she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. She hated being diabetic and refused to let the disease define her. She continued to live life to the full.
Claire was a feisty, big hearted, funny and beautiful young woman. She loved going to see live bands especially at summer festivals such as T in the park & Creamfields. Her sheer determination saw her through the many health issues she had endured over the years but she refused to let it stop her from having fun. She was, and would always remain, a free spirit.
Sadly, Claire passed away on the 25th April 2023 after losing her fight with her diabetes and all the complications that came with it.
Thank you all for visiting the page. If you could kindly donate to help others suffering from this terrible disease, we know that Claire would have truly appreciated it.
