My story
Louis passed away in May 24
He was only 40 years old, he wouldn't of made it that far without a Kidney and Pancreas Transplant made possible by people like you Donating to Diabetes UK. I treasure the time we had together, he was a lovely man, a Dog lover who even when feeling poorly would go to the park in his wheelchair with his beloved Coco riding on his lap .
So give whatever you can and help to find new treatments and maybe one day a cure.Thank you
